Welcome to Bale Moya. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bale Moya regarding your use of our software platform, mobile applications, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, downloading our app, or using any part of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Our pricing model is designed to be fair and transparent. Fees are stated in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) unless otherwise noted.

• Consumers: No platform fees for browsing. You pay only the service price agreed upon with the provider.
• Service Providers: Charged a per-booking fee (e.g., typically a small commission or fixed fee) as detailed in your Order Form.

Bale Moya and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including all related intellectual property rights. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose.

You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service ("Your Data"). However, you grant Bale Moya a license to use Your Data to provide, improve, and secure the Services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately if we believe you are in breach of this Agreement, engaging in illegal activity, or if your use poses a security risk. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.
